I’m not sure whether that was inattention on their parts or intended as environmental enrichment but I ended up caught. I was napping in the closet and when I woke I found out they were napping for the night on the other side of the closed closet door.

No worries though. I could fish around for a bit and shoulder the door open and let myself out. I was back sitting on jane’s sleeping hip in no time flat.
