With automated food dispenser and/or cat sitter and suddenly she’s extra attentive. Sleeping at our heads instead of feet, hanging around wherever we are, sleeping on a nearby chair or desk, or when painting boards, right by my heel.

She’s also completely mellow to oversee whatever we do from the library ladder.

A quiet, calm, peaceful looking cat like this would surely never chase a chipmunk and carry it in her mouth and await entrance to the house. Or hover over its doorway of burrow and cause chip chip chipping.
