I like what she’s wearing today. Wide skirt that makes a blanket for me that is prewarmed by a leg. Good fur-replacement design.

It doesn’t matter too much what he is wearing today — I can’t take advantage of it anyway since he has hardly sat still for a minite.

Although I can’t complain (well, I could but I won’t) — since we had a long group sit/sprawl last night.

Are you sure you want to read? Let me snuffle your toes with my whiskers. Aren’t I more interesting?

Sure you want to read? How about I put my tail as a bookmark and you just give your whole attention to stroking me?

  • menu musings

I get all manner of food. I have my favorite of course: stolen, and in #2 friskies senior chicken chunks. I look at what I’ve gotten (kinds of tunas, kinds of salmon, trout, whitefish, duck, goose, turkey, chicken, beef, with or without gravy, in pate, in chunks, in slices, with or without rice) and I wonder, why is there no mouse meat? Are they that scarce everywhere now?

Transmissions were interrupted by those few forces out of my control. I shall endeavor to reconstruct some data from the gap.

  • late night

I like the hours you’ve been keeping lately, have I mentioned that, tom? You are warm and unmoving to a much more nappable degree. It would be less clattering if you psychically mo-blogged like me rather than type tho. I can hook you up with a supplier. I’m not sure the interface is compatible with your neural net. Too bad Ms. Zhou is gone. She’s more of grease-monkey with such technical adaptions.

  • window watching

    Oh! The flatness of rain
    pings through with hail
    brings my ears to peaks
    and my pupils peek too.

That human that seems to be becoming a fixture came again. Why doesn’t she just move in? She passed the lap test. She smells ok. She keeps her distance. She smells vaguely of seafood. I give my approval.

  • catithentics

Jumping from chair to chair is fine but I can make it more of a challenge if I incorporate an unsuspecting lap into the run. So far I’ve made 5 circuits of teh room and window ledge and person and made the human jump every time. Bonus.

I think it’s particularly endearing when I pop my head up between the desktop and the chest, shortcut across teh keyboad adn in a run off teh desk again. Don’t you agree?

  • mice song

The sound repeats identically. It must be recorded. I’ve searched the computer remotely and it seems the sounds are male mice songs lowered in pitch

  • sound

What is that sound! It’s evocative of mice song but not. Like birds. But not. My ears aren’t used to be stretched for so long at a time.
