Ottawa Book Awards

Ottawa Book Award finalists are announced. (bios if you scroll down). Proulx was the feature at the Tree and a previous Factory. Winger, who was up for the Golden Cherry last week are also short-listed with Itani, Hay and Borksi in the fiction category. The ceremony will be October 18th at the Writers Fest
